Darius and I spent some time in the local Persian food market this weekend and found some quince. I found this recipe on my favorite blog, Turmeric and Saffron, where there are amazing photos and lovely stories about all kinds of Persian foods.

      It is *so* fragrant. The whole house smelled of roses all day long. Lovely.
