The Easiest Gluten Free Bread Ever

Six ingredients. 15 minutes bake time. No yeast. If you have opposable thumbs, you can make this bread.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

Makes 12 in a mini muffin pan

Yes, this really is it! (That little container is chia seeds.)

1 cup almond flour/meal
1/2 cup chia seeds
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbl. olive oil
4 eggs

Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine. Grease the mini muffin tins, and fill them 3/4 of the way full. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 or until tops are browned.
